"We moved all our corporate banking from Wells Fargo to Chase and couldn't be happier. We use this location for almost all our banking needs (wires/cashiers checks/closings), and the staff is helpful and attentive. They are very welcoming and address our needs in a timely fashion. I understand it is a bit strange not to have a teller at a bank- but almost everything we do is online anyway. This is the way of the future. When you look up this location it clearly states: Modified services. No coin transactions; cash transactions only via ATMs. The Cortez location is great for all additional banking needs. Chase is miles ahead of Wells Fargo in terms of technology and security. They also offer much better credit cards for both business and personal use. We would never go back."
"No tellers only ATMS. Bankers sitting on computer can't help if ATM doesn't work correctly"
"No drive up teller window, either use ATM or go inside. And inside there's nothing but ATMs. Weird. You have to drive a long way to get to a real Chase bank around this county."
"I'll give 1 stars to Chase and maybe 3 stars for the branch as I don't think all of this is the branches fault. And with that said, It's not really a bank branch (as there are no tellers) and more of an assistance center. Transactions must go through the machines, but someone is there to assist. Mortgage information and other loan assistance can be had from staff in the offices on site. The phone tree is an endless circle which makes it nearly impossible to speak with someone over the phone. The online scheduler for appointments is clunky and only allows for cookie cutter reasons to schedule. If you have an unusual need and set an appointment you could easily be scheduled with the wrong person with their online tool. There's simply no way to talk to someone at the branch. I've been on hold for over 20 minutes even as I write this review waiting to speak with a human. I probably could have driven to the branch faster although to then be likely turned away and told I need an appointment. Such is life in the modern age unfortunately. So it's all very different than a traditional branch, but we've generally had good experiences (except for the phone situation) with them and they've been helpful when needed even if it does take a lot of effort on the customer's part to get things accomplished (Is not how it should be). BTW - Gave up on hold with the branch after an hour. I called 11 times that day and never was able to speak with a person. People there are friendly enough, but like others have mentioned I am really unsure of the purposes of this building since if they're not going to provide any real, local, customer service then most of what I can do there I can do on the app or website. I am not sure I understand their function."
"They don't even deserve one star. Horrible customer service. They completely lie to their customers and won't release the customer's money when they cash a check. They claim it didn't go through yet and will hold the money for 2 weeks. I verified with my bank (5/3) that Chase bank did take my money from the check I wrote, but they won't give it to the person I wrote the check to. There is plenty of money in my account, but Chase bank claims there isn't any money. I have an electronic image from my bank proving Chase bank already cashed the check. The customer service representative refused to do anything and claimed the check wasn't cashed. Now I have to print out a copy of my bank statement and bring it to chase bank. I will sue if this doesn't get resolved this week."
