"This black balded headed man, wearing the LOUD/BRIGHT YELLOW shirt was NO HELP. I asked him for help with the printer as I haven't used it since 2023. And yes things have changed on how to use it as of today 2024. He was very nonshelunt about assisting me. And went on to say, it self explanatory on how to work the printer. Ms June walked over to help me out, Thank you. Now each customer that walked in afterwards his non helpful demeanor was the same with each of them. Get rid of him he is a poor excuse of customer service. In all places a library."
"Staff was very nice and helpful. I was able to get a temporary library card and use the printer for .10 cents."
"Great library! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The computers are always available and there is a wide selection of books. Plus, they do a lot of work with the community. They're a short drive from our community at St Charles Row and many of our residents frequent this library, including my family and I!"
"I put 1.50 in for documents to be printed and my son was pressing numbers on the machine at the same time. When I went to put my codes in for documents the machine had ate my money. I let your sorry employee Tony Snuff or Stuff know and his response was I didn’t see you put any money in like I was trying to steal or something? He is terrible to deal with to fix any problems or reach any resolution. I grew up in this neighborhood frequenting this library all my youth. Now I’m a nurse still going back. Never once have I ever had this issue. The way you have to put in a code now to print your documents is ridiculous and no tracking system of when ppl put in their money in the machine. I’m still upset and it’s only 1.50 but the fact that this machine just ate my money and he didn’t even believe me it try to reconcile the issue. I’m going to put a complaint in on him to tomoro when the boss is in. Worst customer service at this library. 15 cents a paper is bit much!"
"For the most part, this place is great. Clean, well kept, friendly staff, small but adequate with plenty of seating for reading or laptop use. There's just one problem, a big problem, despite there being a playground less than a mile away, people bring their very young children here and allow them to behave as though they are at a playground. Loud, rude, obnoxious, trashy and inconsiderate. Worse, the staff absolutely allows it. A big inconvenience when reading for enjoyment, a HUGE problem when you're trying to work or study. I could see if it was during a child oriented event or program but it's all day every day. The staff really needs to better enforce basic library policies and etiquette so that everyone can enjoy the library. They can't control trashy parents, but they can absolutely ask them to leave until their child behaves respectfully."
