"I have to let it be known that very recent developments at the Cortez Rd branch in Bradenton have been worrisome. Two upper level bank employees (abruptly)left. We met with a new customer service person this week to open two CDs and 11/2 hours later she still was not able to get it done! I feel the problem boils down to lack of adequate personnel training, poor maintenance of computer functioning and disregard for customer satisfaction. We hope the internal workings of this branch greatly improve or we will most certainly be moving on to different bank."
