"Hello, every time I go to that bank something happens, they are unfriendly... I have been with them for more than 15 years and every time I go it is a problem, I will never return, people like that don't deserve to be there......"
"I called this branch days prior to showing up in person this morning, confirming whether or not I need an appointment to fax 2 sheets of paper to one of their credit card departments for identity verification. No appointment was needed. I was told that a teller could fax the documents. I was in line for 5 minutes at most. There was an older man in front of me, no one behind me, and one car in the drive thru, who the teller was already assisting along with the man. As it’s my turn in line, I explained that I needed to fax 2 documents and the teller, Christina (who I’m 99% sure I spoke to prior and told I was coming in), said to come back Monday because she’s “running the front and drive thru by herself.” At this point, there was only the car in the drive thru, and myself, who would have been in and out for less time than when I was in line. This was all 20 minutes before closing. Maybe I’m being ignorant, but I don’t see a big deal in sending 2 sheets of paper, as I have a deadline for next Friday to submit said documents, and I work full time during banking days/hours. Today was the only opportunity I had to send these documents. Don’t go to this branch.. go to the Wells Fargo on 54 or in Hudson. This branch has an extensive history of giving customers a hard time over trivial inquiries, and multiple people I know personally are tired of it."
"This Wells Fargo unfortunately has a management that is intractable, an horible person who threatens and accuses the bank's clients without having any motive or reason, just because of her and because of her bad form, I decide to leave this bank with workers like this, any business is going to fail. bankruptcy"
"I close a trust account out when my uncle died they sent me a $5.26 check that was left in the account . They sent the check in my uncle’s name so explain to me how do I cash a dead man’s check when the bank that issued the check won’t even cash it"
"Horrible Service. I made a cash deposit in the drive through, but was in a rush that day and left without checking my deposit receipt. Our books reflect the amount of cash that was to be deposited. My office manager counted the cash prior to giving it to me, i counted it prior to depositing it to confirm the amount. I noticed a short of 200$ 3 days later and called the store to see if they had an overage and they called me back saying there wasn't, that i need to check on my end because everything is solid on their end. I asked them if there was a way to escalate this because i was 100% sure of the amount that should have been deposited to my account, to which she replied no that i could call corporate but follow the same procedure that she did, and it would make no difference. She added, if that was the incorrect amount i should have noticed it on my deposit slip. So i called corporate to which they filed a report and credited my account until they complete their investigation. Corporate apologized because the branch should have filed the same report and it should be their protocol. It was mostly frustrating because if there was an overage and their employee didn't report it or waited to report it because they intended to keep it, they wouldn't have know because she was quick to say the employee that serviced me had been working there for a long time and that had never happened. Overall, my main concern is, if this happens to anyone else, their protocol isnt to help solve the issue, its to defend their employees and have you figure out the rest on your own."
