"Edit. I haven't had any issues with the bank as of now since my problem with the routing number with direct deposits. I stupidity changed to them w direct deposit for the offer they have for new customers. My deposit isn't showing up. No one to talk to. This is a nightmare. Chase is the worst bank ever! No customer support. The 1800 number doesn't tell me what time their hours of business are. Website doesnt either. They are thieves. Plain and simple."

I have gone into the bank requested new cards disputed charges closed an account opened a new one and chase still can't seem to keep my bank account secured from fraud charges. I have called them I have chatted with them online and it's always we will cancel your card and send you a new one. Not once has that worked. I'm done with Chase and I suggest you never start."
