"Stopped in to get something very simple, yet only 2 employees in the entire building. One manager fielding phone calls in her office and 1 employee who can't answer any questions without asking the manager. Customer service at Regions Bank continues to go downhill. After 20 plus years with this bank. I continue to be disappointed, to say the least."

I've had accounts at other banks and found that they did not offer the same customer service as Regions. Services are fairly close no matter what bank you use.
