"I called on Friday and asked if I needed to schedule an appointment with a banker on Saturday for my CD account and the lady over the phone said no, you can just stop by and someone will help you. Now I'm here waiting an hour with my husband and baby and there is only one banker busy with a client. They let us wait for an hour to tell us they don't know how much more time it will take until she finishes with a client!!! They said they have only one banker on Saturdays and it's busy. Why was I told then there was no need to schedule an appointment!?? Now I need to go home since my baby is crying and needs a nap and this is the only day when both my husband and I can come so he can be added to the account. Next weekend my grace period will be over. Terrible customer service."

"I just wanted to share a very positive experience I had at this branch, I don't really have much for photos, but believe that excellent customer service deserves some credit these days! I needed a "money order", I have never had to use one before and I had no idea what they were. I was in the neighborhood of this Wells Fargo Branch and went it, it was very clean and neat, I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. The teller introduced herself by name, and was very patient and kind. "Ashely" was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything I needed to know step-by-step and I didn't feel rushed. I will again stress that she was VERY patient as I had cash, wanted to take money out of one account, etc. etc. She had a calculator, I didn't have my reading glasses so needed a bit of "extra help." It was a very smooth transition and I was able to get what I needed in a matter of less than 5 minutes. I will definitely use this branch again if they are all as kind as Ashely was! Thank you for being kind and so patient, it is becoming quite rare to find that these days! Thank you again!"

"0 ZERO rating! The reviews speak for themselves! Very unpleasant experience at this branch, employees are rude! This is the first time I stepped at Wels Fargo and I will not be coming back! I came to open an account for my freshman, this is her University's official bank. It was 4:30ish the teller asks a guy if he can help me open an account, he did not hide any hesitation of unwillingness to help just, plain rude! So, she asked another guy, he did not even show his face and said he is busy said to tell me to make an appointment, I can actually hear him! So, the rude teller told me they cannot accommodate my request at this time because it takes an hour to open an account. She suggested to make an appointment or open an account online. To make the long unpleasant experience short, we left and not coming back! So, save yourself a lot of grief and try not to step at this branch."
