"Absolutely disgusting that you would hire someone to murder ducks on your property."
"I witnessed something today. A wildlife trapper shot a Muscovy duck in the banks parking lot. Turns out they were hired by this location to remove 3 ducks that have been in the drive thru lanes. I am horrified, upset, angry. I work next to the bank, we ALL feed and take care of the local wildlife including the apartments, local city and more. The ducks have been around longer then the bank! This one tonight was the daddy of a batch of 16 that hatched yesterday and walked off to the lake near by this morning! Put a damn fence up if you dont want wildlife to wonder thru!!!!!! Wth were you thinking! Your corporate was called tonight and did not know!"
"Generally very friendly and helpful but I've sat out front past 9 am to wait for them to unlock the doors."
"Spent 15 minutes trying to get the automated garbage phone system to put me thru to a live person, then waited 10 minutes on hold, then hung up. All to not get my 10 second question answered!! Can't say it was even a 1 star experience. But Maybe it's just the phone system and not the actual banking operation itself that's a problem. I don't bank there to know beyond the phone experience to really give an honest opinion!!"
"Opened an individual account in about 15-20 minutes. No real incentive to bank here aside from the friendly staff. Free checking only if you have a direct deposit going into the account or if you maintain an average balance of $1000.00. This is as of 11/10/2017, their products may not be the same to anyone reading this review in the future as bank products tend to change over time. There are no perks, rewards or anything else that would draw people in such as coffee or snacks. Not needed but my primary bank offers these amenities as a thank you. I also understand that this also invites unwanted visitors into the bank as well. The homeless sometimes take advantage of free coffee and snacks. But they could add debit card access to their doors in order to keep a balance. The online banking was super user friendly as far as signing up but just felt like it was lacking technology once logged in. Felt more like an early 2000’s website. You can’t see any types of products or rates on their own website. Again the staff was the primary reason I gave this 4 stars. If they weren’t so nice I would rate the bank and their products as 1 star. Overall I believe this review is being very polite, if any regional manager reads this review they should be thankful the staff brought this review from 1 star to 4 because this bank does absolutely nothing for its consumers. It is just another corner bank waiting to be bought out by a bigger bank... hopefully to capital one so I can bank down here in Florida."
