"First, I would like to address the woman who left her job and lost her group insurance and gave Pam a one Star. If you leave your job and lose your group insurance, you have to start over with an invididual policy. It has no way of coordinating with the group policy. As far as me, Pam has been an excellent agent for me and my business. She has found us the best rate on a group policy as well as assist some of my employees when they needed to buy an individual policy. I am getting ready to call her now to see if she can assist me in getting insurance for my granddaughter. I highly recommend her."

"I had met Pamela through my employers insurance program and ended up turning to her to buy insurance after I left my job. She was always helpful as my employers insurance but the moment she became my person agent she ill advised me to purchase insurance with a hefty premium and did not explain the benefits of staying with my older more practical policy. This ended up costing me over $20,000 in one year for coverage and deductibles (mainly because I had already paid my deductible with my initial plan right before she coerced me to switch to a different policy in which it wouldn't carry over. I would never think an agent would have told me to something that would be so financially detrimental without explaining to me the facts and details. I would definitely not recommend her."
