"I recently had an important issue to resolve and i came into the bank. I was first helped by Cathy Spielvogel and I wasn't optimistic. I wound up having to leave and come back due to my own time issues but by the time I left I was smiling and laughing and genuinely feeling my stress relieved despite not resolving my issue right away. She is very special to be able to calm someone that hasnt been satisfied quite yet. I returned to the bank later that afternoon, now abundantly optimistic and I explained that I was still having an issue with my account. I was then helped by Lynne Hensley because Mrs. Cathy was occupied. She was spectacular as well. She literally walked me through the whole process, even around to the drive thru atm because the walk up atm was down. It was 100 degrees outside and we had to patiently wait. But I could not have found anything to complain about. These two ladies were just FRIENDLY. I thanked them for making my day a little better."

"Wonderful experiences at the PNC Banks in Palm Harbor and Port Richey. Needed to cancel a cashier's check and have the money wired instead. Everyone at both banks went above and beyond. "Terrible place to bank. I disputed something back in April for a charge that was fraudulent and I was granted the funds back with the exception that I fill out a survey. They never mailed me the survey then on the 90th day they reversed the money. Overreacted my account then I called them and told them I never received their survey and asked them to provide me that date they mailed it to me they couldn't answer then I called 3 more times. Was put on hold one time for over 30 minutes just to get hung up on. Then the next day a gentleman named Ben called stating he will try to have my dispute real ones within 48 hours and will call me back. Well he called me back and told me there's nothing they can do it's been over 120 days. Mind you it's now to this date only been 98 days and counting. So how can a bank not be able to add? This place is terrible I do not recommend this bank to anyone!"

"I have been doing my banking with PNC for 20 + years and I have never had an issue until today. I brought 4 checks in. One was shorted $10 and the other was shorted $20 for a grand total of $30. Not only was the teller aware of the fact that she shorted me but she also allowed me to me to leave while she was in the know. As I found out about the mis hap I came back wanting my $30 they only gave me back $10 stating that the drawer was accurate and basically called me a liar. The bank manager, Shelby, then called me after I had placed a call and was not only rude but put it on me saying that i should have been aware of before I left. I now have no trust in them what so ever to handle My money and will be closing my accounts this Friday. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC. THEY are horrible and I have never been treated so poorly by a bank in my entire life especially one who I’ve been with for Over 20 years."
