"The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Amanda at the Tarpon Springs branch makes banking a nightmare. With 3 business accounts and 4 personal accounts you’d think treatment would be better but they have no sense of business or common courtesy. My SBA PPP applications for my businesses NEVER after 3 months were even processed. Went to a different bank after 90 days of nothing from Wells and it was funded in 48 hours. They are horrible. Just left the bank now with the final bad experience. I will be switching today. Never to return."

"I've had some issues with wells fargo in the past but lately it has been smooth sailing. Elainee was great to work with and the staff was all willing to help in some way. Theres only 1 face in the branch I don't care for and the hour long wait to open a credit card was a little excessive. For serious matters I will visit a better branch but for typical banking needs this is my current go-to."
