"This bank manager obviously doesn't give a care about their customers. I opened an account 13 years ago with SunTrust and always had a courteous experience until Truist took over with all new staff. I use this particular branch one day a month because I'm an event vendor for Tarpon Springs First Friday. You would think that as a long time customer with more than abundant funds in the institution and with a disabled parking permit and a Veteran they would allow me to use their parking lot for 2 hours. Oh no Horrors if I should do that so under threat of being towed I had to relocate my vehicle 2 blocks away. I never had that problem with Suntrust. I would hope this isorenof a problem with the manager than the institution."
"I've had a business account for 4 years with truist. I've cashed checks at 10+ different branches and never been charged a fee because the commercial account is in my name. Today after 4 years and probably a hundred checks I'm told at this branch they havnt been following proper "protocol" and the only way to cash it would be to pay an 8$ fee. Explain to me how after 4 years this is the first person to follow "protocol" between all of them branches all of them years. Would recommend literally any branch over this one."
"Worst bank I have ever been in. Very, very, very unfriendly! I went in to deposit BD money for my grandchildren in Va. Now mind you I had just deposited money in 2 boys acct (cash) and she told me I had to make deposit by check. Came in about 10:00 and the cashier was nasty. Won't go there again! I would not have given you one star but I had to for post to pop up"
"Sorry to say that I agree with the reviews. Since Truist has taken over the existing SunTrust accounts, the whole experience is terrible. The bank itself is awful and sadly my local branch is the worst. I’ve been trying to comply with the banks request regarding my mortgage account. After getting no straight answers and I don’t know how many different numbers to call, I decided I’ll be better off going to my local branch. I walk in during working hours. Wrong! There’s no sign up sheet, or how may we help you, nothing. Took my chances to sit and wait for something that might take 5 minutes. There were two people at one desk helping a couple who were arguing about verbiage and the word “they” on some form. The people waiting ahead of me have been patiently waiting over an hour. No one could care less. I wasted an hour of my work day for nothing. Customer service is a 0 here. I won’t mention the clientele that come in and out of there. Sorry Truist, you’re the worst bank ever and your local branches reflect that!"
"Worst branch by far! All the ladies always treat me judgmentally and they make it difficult every time I've gone in. Every teller I've had there gives me a hard time and acts like they're too good to handle my transactions. I swear they're discriminative there whenever I try to deposit to my cash tips for the week. Rude and slow. Don't even bother with Tarpon branch, waste of time and all you'll get is a sour look. Love the Holiday branch!!!"
