"The only way to communicate with them is to leave a message... they do return your calls but it's at their discretion and usually a time when it's not convenient to you..... waited over 45 minutes on the phone and no one ever picked up..."
"Best doctor ever so much always kind and explains in layman’s terms is over and Beyond with his care the nurse calls monthly to check on my mom and myself. Keeps up with weight bp monitoring love this dr and staff"
"MAJOR DELAYS IN CARE Over the past year I experienced 3 separate occasions where I had a major delay in care directly caused by this facility. I am diabetic and on 3 separate occasion to go weeks and even a span of 3 months going without my diabetic medications. Around spring of 2023 I called to get a refill on my medications (only a week or so after my follow up in office). I sent request via portal and left voice-mails. It took me going 5 weeks without medications or a callback to finally reach a receptionist who would help me without sending me straight to the nurses voice-mail and not receiving a call back. Fast forward to October 2023 my insurance needed a new PA on my Oral medications. I sent in a request for the PA via the portal, then called and left a voice mail for the nurse. I talked to 2 nurses in the first month and was told it would be started. After speaking with my insurance in November I found out no PA had been started. I attempted again multiple times over the next month to contact the office with no return call. I went from October until January without any oral medications at all! Finally in January I was able to speak with the office manager who apologized profusely and was able to get the PA done that day. She admitted she saw the messages and request and that it had not been done. Fast forward to January 30th I received a new insurance card where I sent via portal a copy of the card and a message to the nurse giving exact details of my insurance card. On January 31st I called and left message for nurse advising I sent in new insurance info and if they did not receive it to please let me know. February 1st I went to my pharmacy to make sure attempt to run medication and denial along with request for PA faxed to physician office while I was there. The next week I had still not received a response to my initial request and reached out to my insurance. They advised me they had not received a request yet. My insurance reached out to them as well as I did. I finally was able to dial with a supervisor at the clinic who advised me the PA would be done. The PA was initiated but no office notes or full diagnosis codes sent. I again reached out via text and via voice-mail going back and forth being told things would be faxed which they never was. Again as I requested status of PA and if things had been completed I have totally Been ignored by this office. This is totally unacceptable!"
"Horribly managed office. It's nearly impossible to get through to anyone over the phone to make/reschedule appointments or request a refill. They direct you to message them through the portal, but messages there go unanswered. When I was first diagnosed, their nutrition coach insinuated I was purposely avoiding taking my insulin to stay skinny. Wait times are ridiculous. I've seen many doctors over the years and this is, by far, the worst office I've ever had to deal with. I am actively looking for a new provider."
"Appointment has already been rescheduled twice and when I arrived today for my 1:20 appointment, the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying they are closed on Wednesdays 12-2. I did not suggest the 1:20 appointment time. This was one of the times they called me to reschedule. It seems like if this is a weekly occurrence, we would be more accurate with the scheduling. When someone finally came to the door, I was told that I received a phone call this morning to reschedule, which I did not. In fact, I received a call and text on Monday morning to confirm my appointment. Also, the morning of is not enough notice when people have to leave work and make accommodations to be at an appointment. Finally, the outside of the building looks like it’s been absolutely abandoned. I can’t comment on the care or the inside because I still have never made it inside the building. If you have any other options, I would not choose to receive care here."
