Reviews of Everyday Diabetes Center
"These people are unresponsive, have a dangerous approach to treating diabetes and are rude. I am shocked when I hear others have positive results. Please seek additional education concerning diabetes if you do use Everyday Diabetes so you will know if you are being given dangerous information. Edit: this is a reply to you reply, Kris. My name is Mike Casey and my son was absolutely a patient of your's. Your office was unresponsive and borderline negligent. You personally called me after my wife send your office an email with a laundry list of complaints to tell me that we should "watch our time". Your office was unable to process the paperwork to get my son the care he needs in a timely manner. Your receptionist was rude when I was finally able to get a hold of her. On several occasions I had to personally walk in so that I could get an answer. Jessica is condescending and would avoid answering question concerning how much insulin to give our son. Go ahead and say you don't have our records. You people are terrible and likely forcing military families to over pay for care."
"This is definitely the best clinic in Savannah to get your diabetes care followed. They are on top of everything that is new and relevant to diabetes care. Thank goodness because the Savannah area was sorely lacking in this prior to their arrival. The thing that could improve is there is a nurse practitioner that is knowledgeable, but not flexible if you don't want to do it her way. I was shut down immediately. I had a few questions I wanted to ask but was dismissed. In previous appointments with other members of the team here it's felt like a give and take and that they were interested in my experience as a diabetic and what I needed in the way of care. So I'm pretty sure she means well but the delivery is patronizing."
"I'll start off by saying that you should ignore the negative reviews, it seems like those folks just can't follow simple steps and procedures lol, anyway... Kris and Jessica have been a blessing to us since our son was diagnosed with type 1. When he was first diagnosed we had a horrible experience with the doctor memorial health set us up with. Then someone suggested EDC to us and we've been with them ever since. Our son is now thriving with his diabetes. If you're looking for great diabetes care, look no further! Thank you Kris and Jessica!"
"I am a school nurse in northwest Georgia and I am blessed to not have diabetes, but I am also blessed to be able to take care of so many young people that do. I have been a nurse for almost 30 years and I have seen a lot of changes, but I have never seen diabetes education and care taught the way Everyday Diabetes Center teach it. They are so down to earth and easy to understand. They are always on the cutting edge of technology and education. If you or anyone in your family has diabetes, you should consider checking in with their practice. I promise you will not regret it. Thank you so much Jessica and Kris for all you do!!!"
