"Sandwich food with goat cheese and fig was good, good set of choices"
"The people who work here are very nice! We ordered food to go while waiting for our ferry back to Hyannis. It was pretty busy and our food wasn't ready by the time we had to board the ferry. We boarded the ferry last, sad without our food, but then a woman who works there made sure our order was rushed and actually RAN our food out to us and gave it to a deck hand to give to us on the ferry (as our ferry was basically pulling out of port). She went above and beyond and it really made our morning! 5 stars for great service - thank you!!"
"Decided to grab a coffee before boarding the ferry with a crabby one year old. When I walked in I was unkindly “greeted” by one of the young girls at the front desk. Right off the bat I knew it would be a bad experience. Told me to wait outside until my coffee was finished. 10 seconds later she called out my order. One of the most unfriendliest and unwelcoming customer service I have ever experienced. And to top it off the coffee was so disgusting couldn’t even drink it. 0/10 would not recommend."
"If I didn’t have such heart for the location, it would be less than three stars. Long wait times. Avocado toast not on toast. The worst is when you ask about food allergies — as in the life threatening kind — they say nothing and point to a sign about cross contamination. Sadly, an originally great place has turned into a tourist trap for unknowing ferry riders."
"I don't know why I gave this place another chance. Last summer their manager was screaming at employees and very unpleasant with customers. This summer we went in at 11:45am to an empty restaraunt and employees twiddling their thumbs... we began ordering lunch items and they told us they won't serve lunch for another 15 minutes... asked if they'd start early as they were empty and they were clearly bored. They denied and promptly walked out. Last time I step foot in that location. I would recommend you go up the street to friendly places like mocha motts or slice of life"
