"I have mailed a payment in 02/21 to them to pay off anytime fitness ( that is another issue and another review topic) The issue I have is that they lost the money order and it was over a year and a half before I found out. This will cost more money to reissue a refund and replace. Anytime fitness seems to have a good relationship with these folks.......check your contract carefully if you have anytime fitness. They will find the smallest thing and turn them over to these professionals to handle...."

"This is a fraudulent company posing as a debt collector. If you are contacted by them. Do not give them any of your information. You don’t owe this debt. They have gotten your information most likely from a data breach of some kind. You need to report them to the Federal Trade Commission and file an Identity Theft Report with them, as well as the Consumer Protection Bureau for harassment and also place a Fraud alert on your credit report. It they attempt to place you in collection and put it on your credit report, don’t panic, simply call your credit bureau and file a FRAUD dispute. You will need to submit a copy of your FTC report to them as well. Any creditor by law has to provide you proof of debt. They won’t provide you proof because there is none. Ask yourself this, if a company is paying them to collect then why don’t they have contact information for them and or proof of the debt. And if you have never had the service why would you let someone trick you into believing you owe money for something you don’t. The credit bureaus will delete it from your report because it’s fraud. They act fast within 72 hours after you send the paperwork they will have it removed. Educate yourself on your rights and protect yourself. Report this company to the police as well as fraud."
