Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 1610 South Missouri Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33756

"BofA fraud locks card after new card is issued (with wrong numbers) due to 2 attempts to charge $00.30 after I rejected charges they lock my card and don'tnotify me. On a trip trying to use card getting embarrassed everywhere being rejected for no known reason. On a trip and no time to deal with it so ended up using cash not supposed to be used. Get back and called BofA told wait time is 5 min 20 min later agent shows up but no data was transferred so 5 min of verify this and that check email & then a txt. Explain problem 3 times and then put on hold for 9 min and after 5 more discussing the card numbers I have to go to another division before they can send me the right fricking account number on the card, they are totally FUBAR'D in my opinion, gotta find a better bank for sure after 30+yrs they're not user friendly or actually helpful IMHO."

"This is probably the least busy and unresponsive bank I’ve every walked into. I’m in town for some business and not even a greeting at the door with no one else in there but me. and when I walk up to the teller line to get help they say they can’t help and to call a number on the back of my card. I didn’t walk into the bank to call a number! I came to speak to a banker that was clearly not busy with no one in front of them or on a call. Worst customer service i’ve have. Shut this place down if they’re not here to help your clients why are they here. 8/26/21"

"So I waited for most of the day to pass before I posted my rant on my WONDERFUL experience with Bank of America today. I had to swing by and drop off a check into my landlord’s account for my rent and the branch I went into is undergoing some construction so the drive through is not open. Upon entering the lobby I discovered, to my horror, that it was full and there was only ONE TELLER servicing the packed line of customers. After being in line for about 10 – 15 minutes another two tellers finally opened up. The customer behind me had just about had enough and when it came to his turn the original teller was going on lunch and he was NOT having it. He forced her to do his withdrawal and when she tried to tell him he could withdraw from an ATM machine he about bite her head off. I was there for a full 45 minutes to deposit one check. By the time I made it back to my car I was in excruciating pain from my joints and back (I was in visible distress and not one employee bothered to check to see if I needed assistance. I was doubled over in pain and leaning on the partitions). Not to mention that I was now late getting back to the office and no time to eat my lunch."

"This is by far the worst BOA I've ever been to! Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. They never have more than one teller! They shut down the drive thru...so that is no longer an option. The managers have an indifferent attitude towards customer experience. They are at least consistent with their horrible service so you know what to expect. If I could bank elsewhere (corporate account) I absolutely would. If I could give them negative stars I would. I could go on but you get the point. If you still go you've been warned and should plan your day accordingly for the long wait and unsatisfactory service."
