"I wrote a lengthy review and I guess they played it with Google to have it erased but that ain't gonna fly with me. I'll make it quick I'm Quadriplegic and I can't get into bed myself. See by the picture when I started calling them to get a caregiver in here to get me in bed. Well it never happened we just totally blew me off. I had to call my sister who at the time time was in Syracuse. She had to drive all the way back here to put me in a bed. Again you can see by the phone calls I was making they could have cared less. Why did Google deleting it. You could see here I had a legitimate complaint look at the calls that were made."

"Wish I could give a lower score.. They left me 2 MONTHS without an aide on weekends. When I called they didn’t care. They are rude to EVERYONE. I woke them up many of times . Had a fight with them every time I called because I didn’t have an aide or no one showed up. I could go on but this place isn’t worth my time. I wish they would be investigated. Something strange about them."

"This place is ran by crooks. They robbed me for hours worked & hard earned money, MULTIPLE TIMES!! They had me performing illegal acts. Once caught by higher ups, the blame was then PINNED onto me along with a write up threat WRITTEN BY THE SAME WOMAN THAT HAD ME PERFORMING LIKE MONKEY!! The amount of proof I have of the entire scam, is disgusting. I will be making phone calls to share the information in hopes that future employees & clients are safe. The communication at this company is so poor that you will lose more than you will gain. The amount of times I’ve wasted money getting to a clients home KNOWING I’m on schedule, just for them to say that either a pca isn’t needed or had already showed up… & they do not reimburse you for their personal mistakes either. I was left stranded in horrible places because of the lack of common sense these woman have. They do not care. Everyone in office is a snake. The greed, and illegal movements under this company is demonic & I hope they’re shut down sooner than later. Every client I’ve ever had here has said absolutely nothing nice about it. So forget working here!! Don’t have your loved ones cared for by monsters."

"City care needs to be investigated and shut down they stole a lot of money out of my paycheck took advantage of me I basically worked for free. I even had a miscarriage from multiple clients insulting me and me being stressed out.. plus they gave me a very hard time giving proof I no longer work for them. I shedded blood, sweat and tear for this company travel over and hour for the clients I worked for busted my behind while I was pregnant they didn't t care. I tried to report them before I the lady never reached out."
