"Please get a new secretary for your business ASAP. The older lady up front just wants to sit and argue and go against what the doctor says. She even argued with my 12yo daughter saying well we don't do that here. The doctor offered a plan and a free visit and she refused to schedule saying they don't do free visits there. I had images on a disk the doctor says leave it and they will try and get the images off of it. The secretary gave it back and said if we left it, it would just be placed in a cabinet with my name on it. Completely unprofessional and unreasonable. I will be back for the professionalism of the doctor but that secretary will ruin a business quick. Edit [ If the plan was the case it would be nice to have a paper explaining the different plans and cost along with any free visits instead of repeating we don't do that here...? free visits.....]"

He was very kind, friendly, and listened to my concerns in a very thoughtful manner. His manipulation went much better than expected and I look forward to going back soon."
"I was traveling from Pa to Florida and did a quick stop due to neck and back pain that were making the drive much longer. The facility is much larger than the one I signed up at with more doctors. The receptionist was friendly and sent me straight back. Dr Mathew Nixon treated me and already read my chart to know do"s and don't"s before I got to his table. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Within minutes I was pain free. He made sure he addressed where my pain was and that it was gone before I left. I will definitely be stopping again when traveling near the area."

After a well directed alignment I left feeling much better, but in need for followup. I plan to continue 2x week. Highly recommend."
