"I first went to the Seminole branch to get a screen shot of my account for a proof of funds issue.....a banker told me the teller can give that to me. The teller told me she couldn't do it and to wait for a banker (!?!)....left there and went to the Walsingham branch and asked for a ltr instead showing my available funds....their banker said she needed to find 4 sheets of paper because she never knows which direction to put the paper in the printer to print correctly so she puts it in 4 different ways....seriously??! While she was searching for paper, the manager saw me and gave me a printout instead and as I was walking out, the other banker said "oh good, you got what you needed because I can't find any paper." I'm still laughing...."
"The tellers are very nice. They are friendly and professional. However, SunTrust as a whole is a horrible bank. I have had nothing but problems with them now. The final straw was when they messed up a stop payment on my account and caused me to be without access to my money for 10 days. The branch manager, Rakeyah Hassan, was completely rude and unprofessional. It seemed obvious she really didn't care to help and/or was simply incapable of doing her job. Go to any other bank, I wish I did."
