"I arrived at 4:30 pm. with a parcel box and pre-addressed on it, standing and wait until it was my turn. It was almost 5 p.m. and the officer told me to come back the next day because I had to fill out documents call customs form that required information on the recipient and sender and the postal items, which took me 5 minutes to fill out and then went back and connected to LINE again. There were still people who came after me and still hadn't finished using the service. All Three officials refused to help me. I thought it was terrible because I had been standing and waiting for half an hour. I didn't expect my parcel would have to leave with a truck at 5 p.m., I would have to come back the next day even though I had prepared the box well, written it well, and just had to fill out the paperwork. It only takes 5 minutes to fill out. These people are so heartless. If I knew I need to fill out the form I will get it done while I standing in line."

"The line goes by quickly. I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had a bad experience. Their employees are always so patient and welcoming. One of their employees, Renee was polite and professional, truly exceptional."

"The workers here seem to think they are doing you a favor. There is one elderly man that barely speaks, like I had to ask him was ‘Am I bothering him and maybe I should get back in line and wait for another window to open to get help.’ He wasn't there this morning. As a matter of fact there was only one person there, the rest called out sick. There were two managers walking around but god forbid they go and help out at the window. The line was out the door and it was just 8:15 am. The only worker was very nice and smiled and said "It will be a long day." At least she was taking it in stride and was smiling."

"The staff at this P.O. are awful. Terrible customer service skills. Each time I go in here I witness staff yelling at customers or talking rudely to or about customers right in front of them. Yet another example today: Around 12:30 PM 3 staff standing at counter trashing patrons & how they hate their jobs while I stood & waited over 5 minutes for service. When I excused myself to get service I was talked to rudely as I interrupted their ranting. Attempted multiple times to call Post Master phone just rings & goes in circles through prompt system then hangs up repeatedly. Tried via website to file formal complaint, got to end and it says unable to submit try again or visit website. If these people are so unhappy maybe they should stop collecting a taxpayer funded paycheck & go somewhere else to work….actually work instead of standing around complaining. The guy at the pick up window is as slow as molasses and has zero personality or social skills. If I could rate this place a zero I would. I would appreciate speaking directly to Post Master but evidently there’s no way to do that without going back into this miserable hell hole."

"This place has to be the most dirtiest place in City of Naples. I filed a complaint agaisnt this location and was given a case number about 15 min later I assume the post Master called me. My complaint was the North Side not the front of the building where the other Handicapp ramps are located was blocked by tree leaves thats been there for months See Pic. I explained this is a safety issue and was told quickly they do monthly inspections. I asked to view those inspections reports and was told she didn't know if I would be allowed to see them. But under the Freedom Act there a form that must be filled out. It's public information. Sadly I have pictures documenting how long this is happening. So if there was a monthly safety inspection they Lied. And I have thr pictures and video from my dash camera and my gopro and cell phone proving this."
