"I've been donating off and on for years ,at different plasma centers like Talecris, BioLife, and Octaoharma. CSL so far is the best one. I've been donating here for about two months now and I haven't had one bad experience. The lines can be long, but those ladies screening get it done, even while probably being frustrated, tired, and hungry. Then when I get in the line to donate that moves pretty well too. At other plasma centers you can kind of pick who sticcs you, but here it's whoever calls you to the bed. I've had a different phlebotomist every time, and they all hit the mark. That's why I don't understand the negative remarks since I've been coming. The donors should learn to be patient and understand those people who have lives outside of their job, May still have a job at home with their children/spouse. So I would suggest bringing a book, phone, or tablet. Drink your fluids and eat your vegetables because you also have a part in how long you are there. And bring bacc the music that lifts Blacc people's spirit."
"The vitals line is wrapped around and the access control line ain’t got nobody in it. So when I get to the access line I’m expecting to go straight to the back but instead they let both lines get piled up. They wait until last minute to try to rush everything after the line done got wrapped around now they mad and that’s where the rudeness come in. When there is not seats in the back I should be called soon as I step into access control line. This shi is backwards. 3 vital people done walked off line still wrapped and they having a good time talking instead of working."
"I wish I could do 0 stars but unfortunately I cannot. This center was the most unprofessional, disorganized, disorderly place I have been to. I came to try and donate blood for the first time. When I first walked in, I was not greeted At all, spoken to or asked for any help. The wait time is long and ghetto. No customer service and the place was very disturbing. I couldn’t get anyone to talk to and also was ignored by the staff. The staff continued to not help and was only trying to take old customers. Do Not Waste Your time going here. I was very very disappointed."
"They are so nice and upfront with you. They got you in and out. The crew that have is the best keep you laughing and everything. Keep up the good work from the front to the back."
"The Good: They're faster than Biolife by FAR. probably because they have most of their machines on the floor in rotation during busy times. The Bad: The morale is obviously low amongst staff, some seem on edge. I have seen several verbal altercations between staff, and a couple between staff and donors. It's uncomfortable."
