"Horrible staff, couldn’t even get through to book an examination to be seen for my kidney issues. Pam and Madison were nasty and disrespectful. Seemed privileged and say anything to get out of helping people. She used the term “harnessing staff” over a phone call, see what I mean ?! No wonder why they have 2.5 stars !!! SMH"
