Indian Rocks Beach Library

Welcome to the Indian Rocks Beach Library, a cherished gem nestled at 1507 Bay Palm Boulevard, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. Our library is a beloved resource for both visitors and locals, offering a cozy yet comprehensive collection of books and services. Staffed by a dedicated full-time librarian and a team of over a dozen enthusiastic community volunteers, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

At the Indian Rocks Beach Library, we host a variety of engaging programs, including our popular monthly "On the Rocks" book club and a delightful weekly Story Time for children. We offer access to computers and provide printing and copying services for your convenience. Our on-site bookstore features an array of affordable used hardcovers and paperbacks, perfect for avid readers.

In addition to our in-library offerings, we manage four “Take-a-Book, Leave-a-Book” boxes throughout the city, encouraging a love for reading and community sharing. For residents and property owners, we provide a complimentary IRB Library card, granting access to our collection as well as reciprocal borrowing privileges at Pinellas Libraries (PPLC). Simply complete a registration form and provide proof of residency to enjoy these benefits.

Non-residents are also welcome to join our library community. A red non-resident library card is available for $25.00 per year, offering full access to our resources, though without PPLC reciprocal borrowing privileges. To obtain a non-resident card, please provide identification and proof of temporary residence in Indian Rocks Beach.
