"Prior to hiring Butler, I did what most people do and called several of the big companies that heavily advertise and appear at the top of searches. My experience in those calls was not pleasant, as you appear to be speaking to people without much knowledge as to the logistics of a move, the geographic location of the move (we were moving Orlando to Tampa), etc. that all changed when I called Butler. Dmytriy was the first person I spoke with and I immediately noticed a completely different customer service experience at the inception of the call. The call was efficient, professional, and was followed by a text to send pictures for an accurate estimate. We hired the company and I couldn’t be happier with the way the move turned out. Dmytriy himself came to move our stuff and he was assisted by DJ. These guys are professional, efficient, diligent, and best of all, good people.
