"Don’t use this company. My husband had a run in with the service manager, Roman, previously. I called to see what was necessary to cancel our service. I spoke to Bianca who was not professional, refused to answer my question, I.e. who is Roman’s boss. She refused to answer then hung up on me. Who does that in a professional environment? Let me warn you. You will get no customer service from this company. Why bother? Isn’t that what you’re paying monthly for? Service. It doesn’t happen with AFA and especially Bianca and Roman. Shame on you. Did you know a negative experience will be shared more than a positive one? So now you know. Can’t wait to share my experience with anyone who is looking for security monitoring, like now. Save yourself. Don’t go with AFA."

"Do not use these guys for anything. They lie about their service. My control panel was bad and they came to update it. Instead acknowledging their device wasn't working they blamed me and and charged 265.00 to fix their stuff. At no time when talking on the phone to the techs did anyone mention it going to cost 265.00 for a tech to visit your store to update their devices. When I called Roman, their service tech, he was rude AF and told me well you gotta pay 265 buddy. He didn't listen to me at all and kept cutting me off. Called me a liar in so many words. He then told me I was in collections and haven't paid my bill in three months. I called their national headquarters and spoke to someone in accounting. He assured me I always pay on time. He also agreed my complaint was legit and he didn't understand why they did what they did. I don't need a local security company that lies to me, berates me, and then steals from us. Roman thinks he's a big shot and can bully customers. Tough guy attitude is going to cost this company customers. I am currently searching for a new service."
