"Picked my granddaughter up right before lunch. I asked what she wanted and of course, McDonalds. Pulled right up. Got waited on by a friendly person. Moved right on thru. Got my drink. And the food was freshly cooked. Makes her have a smile on her f a ce which puts a smile on mine. Good all the around. And parking lot is clean. Workers are accommodating and friendly"

"A few weeks back I took my wife her to get some breakfast sandwiches for her before work. Amanda and a teller were working. We pull up to the windows what do you want" "anything else" "first window here's your total". A time before that a night shift manager gave me the same attitude at 1030 at night. I have thus stopped going to mcdonalds for this reason. "Respect", I do not go places or take my family somewhere as this is the way you talk to me or us. There is no reason at any time I should feel disgusted pulling into your establishment and be treated like I'm an inconvenience. I hope others read this is and know that your better than" what do you want"! You know what would be great? If I came to the drive thru window and the person on the mic says" hi, thank you for choosing mcdonalds here in Coffeyville, my name is *blank* how can I help you today"? Is that so hard? Is it so difficult to get a little consideration? Never will I ever go back to mcdonalds unless I am told to. It really sucks to see a years worth of bad reviews and no changes made. I think everyone could use a new job if they are so down and out of it you can't make the customer feel good about choosing your establishment. I know Amanda isn't going anywhere, so morning shift employees are garbage attitudes with the same demeanor. Like I would rather travel 30 minutes to Bartlesville for better service and treatment. I'll be reviewing them next, both of em."

"I dint know why, but McDonald's French Fries are AMAZING!! Nobody else can even compete! OF course their McNugets are my second favorite food McDonald's makes as long as they are fresh!"

"I am always parked no matter the size of my order or number of cars in the drive thru. The last time I was parked and told we would get fresh fries but they were burnt like they were redropped fries instead of fresh."

"I placed a Mobile order this morning. I checked in at the curbside pickup at 10:05. I watched several cars come and go in the drive thru and several people in the lobby. At 10:15 I got tired of waiting and went inside the store to ask for my food. It was sitting on the counter. When I got to work a few minutes later (late because of the wait) I began eating and my food was cold. Butter would not even melt on my pancakes and biscuit was not edible (rock hard) and nothing to put on it. I only come to this office occasionally for work because I’m based out of Miami OK but I will consider my other options before ordering at this McDonald’s again."
