"I called them on a Thursday and asked them if they could get my cart completed by Wednesday of the following week. They assured me they could. Tuesday came I called and the sales man who I spoke to said the back seat kit was back ordered and would not be completed. So over a week goes by and no word on my cart, so I call they tell me the seat is in and mirrors are on and seat belts are on. I tell them I will be picking it up before they close. When I show up there still working on it and mirrors weren’t installed, had to wait till they completed it. The lack of communication is what I am disappointed in. The work they performed seem good for now."

"I had a golf cart quit working several days before Halloween when I wanted to use it to take my kids trick-or-treating. I called Kool Karts. They said they would come pick it up and have it ready for me in time. There were issues related to the cart that didn't allow them to pick it up, though they came out and tried at least 3 times. Halloween rolled around, and I was starting to assume it wasn't going to happen. But the owner of the business made arrangements to send two technicians out to my house and do the repairs there on Halloween morning. And I had the cart for that night. I think a lot of companies would not have followed through like Kool Karts did. They made a promise and then went out of their way to make good on it. That is excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Kool Karts to anyone with repair needs because they will come through for you."

"I purchased my 1st set of front and rear seat covers from Kool Karts over 2 months ago. There were delays after delays after delays. When I finally did receive the covers, we attempted to put on the rear lower seat cover and it instantly tore along the seams. I called the next day and was told that someone would get back to me and they never did. Two days later I called again finally talked to a Nikki. I told her my issue with the ripped seam and that the front cover I receive was the wrong size. She informed me that she would like to talk to the owner and that she would get back to me. She never called! I had to call to her and after a few tries, I finally reached her. She informed me that the owner said there was no way that could have happened and that he was not responsible for the defects and that I must have forced it. I addition, she stated that when I ordered online I did not state what year my cart was so they sent the wrong one. AGAIN, THIS WAS SUPPOSEDLY MY FAULT. However when I went to the their website there was no place to add the year of my cart to my order and no one every stated that they needed it. Only the manufacturer and model. In an effort to just get this done, I paid another $125 for a new set and asked that the Owner call me so I could discuss this with him. Nikki told me she would ship them on Tuesday so I could have the by the weekend and that the owner would call on Tuesday also. I called Thursday to get a tracking number. After a few call I reached Nikki who informed me that the item still hadn't shipped but if I paid another $55, I could have them overnighted which I did. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER.. When I received the covers late Friday afternoon we attempted to install them on the cart only to find they had shipped the exact same front cover as the first one. It should be noted that in addition to these issues the quality of the stitching on all of the covers was extremely poor in quality and will probably not last the year without tearing. Based on customer service we received, the numerous issues we've had, the poor quality of the of the sewing, I highly recommend that you not purchase anything from this company. Buyer beware!"
