"Vapor Road i purchased a Smok RPM40 on Oct 27th with all the necessary charging equipment and Dec 5th it stopped working. The Vapor says 100% charged when attached to the charger and when you take it off the charger and try to smoke it says low battery and the digital lights go out. Then filling out the warranty of madvapes. Com they need me to send back the broken Vapor along with a recept of purchase. Since Vapor Road uses the square credit card machine there is no way to get a recept from them and in no way Vapor Road was helpful! They sure was helpful when I spent 135.00 there! I took the vapor in to them numerous times because I was having charging issues and not once did they offer me another device. They're expensive and they don't stand by their products!"
