For first-time donors, please bring a valid photo ID, Social Security Card, and proof of current address. Your initial visit will include a suitability screening, medical history review, and health questionnaire, taking approximately 1-2 hours. Return visits are typically shorter.
During your donation, enjoy free WiFi and HD televisions, or bring your favorite book, tablet, or music player (with headphones). Please note that phone calls and photographs are not permitted to respect donor privacy.
We adhere to U.S. Food and Drug Administration guidelines, allowing two plasma donations within a seven-day period, with at least 48 hours between donations. Remember to stay hydrated and eat protein-rich and iron-rich meals before donating.
It's crucial to return for your second donation, as your initial donation is tested to ensure safety in life-saving medicines. We compensate you for both visits, and you'll be eligible to donate again 48 hours after your first donation.

"I came here just this past Sunday to start the process to be able to donate but was told I was unable to due to bruising I had on my arm where blood was taken 3 different times during the week (So for now I can only speak on the beginning process of being able to donate), because it could possibly cause serious complications when my blood is returned. Now that's not a bad thing by any means and I 100% appreciate the concern for my health and safety as well as their concern for what they do and their establishment. Everyone I encountered was super nice, and informative. The videos were a little tedious but necessary all the same. As soon as I'm able to, I'll absolutely be back to make my first and second donations, with more to follow. Thank you to Jasmine (I believe that is her name, she has a lot of tattoos) for informing me of the complications that could come from trying to donate with a bruise in the area they needle would be going. I greatly appreciate you."
"Workers are friendly and nice. Always have a good vibe to them. Not much of a wait and pay the most. Kita is funny too so that helps. After many visits, they just need to fire the female nurse. She never helps the floor, never screen people. She’s slow. Currently she’s just cleaning out from under her nails. Must be nice to get paid to sit at a desk all day and clean your nails. Wish the phlebs could just walk around doing there job in the morning instead of meeting up and catching up with the drama from there coworkers at home."
"Nice facility & they pay new donors great ! If you don’t mind waiting over two hours just to donate because the staff including Shakita likes to hold personal conversations while there are multiple people waiting to be serviced not mention they are already understaffed and will not hire people who have the proper qualifications to assist them in running a successful business . Nevertheless You will get the money you need just make sure you have a clear schedule because you are going to be there all day ."
"This donation center is probably the best place I’ve been to, nice ladies that are very welcoming. Great music section While you wait and donate. The OctaApp on the mobile app is a great time saver, Everyone is nice here and recommend donating here. Haven’t had an issue with this center besides that It does get busy but you’ll be fine."
"By far the WORST PLACE to donate... they had me sitting on the bed for 45mins, while I was sitting the person that was suppose to be getting me set up walked around fidgeting with other peoples machines and even unhooked a person while I just sat there, I requested someone else to stick me... an african lady with blue dreads proceeded to stab me with the needle used so much force I literally started crying, she then tells me if she was to go slow it really would've hurt. I thought you were suppose to be gentle & have a passion for what you do when working in an environment like this. So then the "Assistant Manager" short caucasian lady walks up and says it's not a good day for me to donate due to me being upset about being stabbed she then tells me to leave & don't come back... I asked her what about the dude sleeping over there? She said that had nothing to do with me & to leave, then gave me a gauze and piece of tape. Very Unprofessional... Also when I went through new donor process they didn't go over anything with me since I've "been here before" . This place is Ghetto & Unprofessional. People are in the parking lot are telling me they are the worst. Believe me this will be handled accordingly."
