"I wanted to write a review because of Brittany that works in the scheduling department on Riverside, I believe she’s the only Brittany because when I call in they know which one I’m referring to. I have called many times in the past few days and talked with other people when I call in, and I have never had one of them as nice or pleasant to speak with like her. Everyone else never has cheer in their voice when answering, they sound like they are at work, while she was very upbeat and nice to hear from. I had some issues when calling in the first time, the woman did not obviously want to be at work, and she said I had something in collections and ended the call and transferred me to someone who wasn’t even in office, if she would have just slowed down 2 seconds and looked into this, she would have saw that this was not actually in collections and could have helped me instead of having to wait 2 days trying to get in touch with billing, which she also didn’t tell me they were out of office for a few days. She was very rude and I wish I got her name to say because she should be fired, especially working in a facility that patients need the best customer service. I work in apartments and everyday I have to give my best customer service to people that scream and yell and I can still manage to give good customer services. Hopefully Brittany can influence some of that. She was AMAZING and I appreciate how she actually took the time to look into the matter, she called me back like she said she would, billing called me back everything was taken care of because of her and she made this whole experience 10x better because simple good customer service can change anything. I would have given a -1 before having her help. She’s the only reason I’m giving a 5 star review."
