"If you are a vendor who is considering working with Premier Vein and Vascular or Choice Healthcare, please rethink it! This shady business and it's owners owes me a lot of $$$, as I'm sure they do with many others, for services rendered in advertising costs but they don't care! I implore you to NOT to work with them as they will rip you off and ghost you at a moments notice. I'm now forced to take them into collections, waisting more of my valuable time and dealing with them has been a nightmare. I have NEVER wrote a bad review before on Google so ake sure you stay away...thanks."
"If there were zero stars I would choose 0. I went in January, I was measured for thigh highs and sold thigh highs that were way overpriced ($65), took them home and wore them, they kept falling down so I had to go back in to be re-measured, measurements were the same, had a procedure scheduled early February and was told to buy some glue. I called several times to find out what kind of glue, prior to my procedure. I didn’t recieve a return call until the day before my procedure. I had to rush to find the glue which was double what I could have purchased it for through Amazon. When I arrived to the facility they were going to do the procedure on the wrong leg! I quickly corrected that. The Dr. was very nice, but… I have asked repeatedly for a refund for the over priced thigh highs and the glue, but here I sit at the end of March with no call no refund nothing! I was also told the owner would be calling, then I was told the assistant to the owner would be calling. I would not recommend them for anything. I’m in need of some injections still but I’ll find somewhere else to go since the owner and her assistant are just too busy to handle the business."
"In 2021, first, they told me that it was a free screening covered by the insurance. After the ultrasound, the doctor from Puerto Rico met with me. He said that I needed to laser-zap my veins in one leg, or It could get worse. I was doubtful, so I said I will think about it. Later, I saw that the back of the house was dirty and messy, so I immediately raised an eyebrow. I did not do the treatment, but they billed me nearly $300 for the ultrasound that they said was free and noted an Indian doctor on the office visit that I never met. I moved back to Utah and just got another opinion in 2023. In Utah, they said the suggested treatment was for someone with veins in awful condition and probably a senior. My veins have not worsened since my first Utah screening in 2019, and I barely see a few spider veins. If I had touched my veins, it would have sent my legs "downhill" and filled them with spider veins. I am only 47 years old. What a way to steal!!"
"My issue with Premier Vein & Vascular is with BILLING. The doctors and front desk staff are WONDERFUL. However, Betty who handles the billing (ALLEDGLY) has been unable to assist me for over 1 1/2 years. Apparently it appears it doesn't matter to her if a patient is trying to pay their medical bills. She continues to state that for the past 1 1/2 years the problem is with my insurance companies (Cigna & Tricare). However, the insurance companies have continued to inform me that they have not been provided the information they need. Today, I called Betty and was immediately placed on hold. She knew I was going to call her back today because yesterday she stated she was in a meeting and she would return my call. Like all other unreturned calls...I DID NOT HEAR FROM HER. I called her back today. That's when I was placed on hold. So, I called from another number (while I was on hold), guess who answered immediately? Betty. I told her I was on hold on the other line. She said she was going to answer the other line :) She also said she didn't pick up my first call because she was in the bathroom. I asked her to send me the documentation that she has been sending to my insurance companies. She got extremely loud with me. I asked her for the medical director's information. I also asked if I could make an appointment to come see the medical director to get this resolved. I just want to pay my bill. She told me the name of the medical director/owner was Jordan Steller. The last I knew it was Saiyad Saleemuddin. PLEASE if either medical director reads this review please contact me so I can resolve this issue and pay my medical bills. Thank you!!!! UPDATE: It's 9/20/23 @ 5:28PM and I waited all day for a return call from someone in charge to resolve my issue. I have not heard from anyone today. Now, I will file an official complaint with the Florida Agency for Health Care."
"The receptionist is the most beautiful spirit!! Astounding customer service, she's such an asset to the company!. Very Fast and efficient service. My husband and I love the Tampa office on Habana. We brought our twin daughters with us. (Probably not recommended to bring kids) however Noone made us feel out of place. Really clean facility as well"
