Starbucks

"Over half of my iced matcha latte was foam. The drink didn't even make it to the hallway point in the cup. Flavor was watered down with a soured after taste. Service was dismissive. Worst location I have ever come across. Corporate needs to go ahead and shut this 1 down. Traaaaaash!"

"So I stopped by today to get a bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. I had gotten to the window, got my sandwich, pulled off so they could get the car behind me.... just to find out there was no bacon on the sandwich. What made me more upset about the situation, was when I pulled to the window the person in the window was laughing hysterically and so was another co-worker. That leads me to believe they knew it didn't have the bacon on the sandwich but they threw it in the bag anyways. When I came into the store the say something the mood had changed from laughing to being looked and not helped, even the ones that handed me my food and were laughing were doing nothing but standing around. I know the store is new and people are still learning, but that was super unprofessional."

"When I went to this location the first day, the coffee I ordered was delicious and the service was great. Overtime (And I have been there a few times now.) My iced coffee drink is getting worse and worse. To the point where it tastes sour and when they put the cream in my coffee they don't even mix it anymore. So I have espresso on the bottom, Syrup in the middle slightly sinking into the espresso and the cream floating on top. And not even enough cream, I had to add extra from home just to get it to taste right. This is from the morning staff, so they need a little work."

"I was shocked today when I witnessed a manager yell at a elderly lady because she didn’t know the correct Starbucks wording! Then jerk her appron off and run outside! I called back later because this just really bothered me and figured the manager would want to know that one of Her employees made a little old lady cry!! Guess who the manager was ? Yep! The very rude girl at Starbucks. She informed me that she was just busy and she went outside because she was losing Her patience. I listened to Her ramble on and on just making excuses up! She said she also apologized to the customer and her employees. She absolutely did not apologize to the customer she came back in after her fit and whispered something to one the guys working and ran off to the back and never looked in Her direction again. I don’t think I have ever given a business a bad review so when I tell you this was bad trust me it was bad!"
