"Our van completely broke down in the parking lot of the store. Josh, the owner, immediately came out to help us- upon seeing we needed a mechanic, he helped us find a tow truck and was above and beyond kind. We were at the store for a couple hours waiting on a rental car and he talked baseball, nascar and was so kind to my 3 kids. The van breaking down actually became a very sweet memory for the start of our summer road trip for us."

"Purchased a bunch a parts for my truck and NAPA was abit more expensive but their staff were great. Unfortunately, I purchased those parts to be installed by a business right next to them called Will’s auto repair. Now that business does shady work and ripped me off. Quoted me 1 price and charged me ALOT more. $195/ for 1 hr of easy install? Come on Will’s auto, you don’t need to screw your customers. They even tried to con me into purchasing a rear axle (I would hate to hear the labor cost), but tried to con me when there was zero NOTHING wrong with mine. Trying to make a fast buck off of a disabled combat vet. How revolting and sad !"
