"IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDERSTAND THEY WILL NOT HELP IF YOU NEED WARRANTY SERVICE. I bought a custom car cover and sun shade for my Mercedes. I was very happy with my purchase until my car cover would not come clean when washed exactly as the manufacturer recommended. I phoned Car Cover World to inquire about my warranty. Was told I need to work directly with Covercraft Industries LLC, the manufacturer. After three weeks of emails I was told to return the cover at my expense. Called Car Cover World and was told there was nothing they can do to help me. At this point my only option is to spend $50 to return my cover then who knows what will happen. CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY GOOD WHEN THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY THEN YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN."

"Over the past 12 years...I have purchased four WeatherShield HD Car Covers from Car Cover World for my Classic 1963 Porsche 356B Coupe which is parked outside in all weathers. I have recently purchased a similar cover for my brand new Porsche 992 Carrera S and in all the purchases....Car Cover World has never disappointed. I have experienced light rain on the cover, and it was very effective and worked admirably towards keeping the water off of my vehicle! "I have owned four NOAH custom car covers through Car Car Cover World and have been completely satisfied with cover and more so with their customer service. Once I received the wrong cover for my Ford Super Duty crew cab and The Customer Service rep expedited a new cover that I had in days. Recently, I had an issue with that cover and they replaced it under the warranty. I only had to send pictures of the issue and they took care of everything else.
