My original thought was to go to another tire company down the street to provide my vehicle needs but I had decided to stop by Tire Plus. I'm grateful that I did. Staff was kind and they explained to me all areas of concern by displaying the problem to me. With that said, all my vehicle needs was meet. I even got approved for a credit card. Bob, on the other hand, who is the shop manager has zero people skills, interjected his self in the conversation I was having with Aaron in the rudest of ways. If it weren’t for the fact that I have coupon for half off my service I would have left solely because of Bob! If you’re looking for someone who is rude, he is your guy!"

"To whom it may concern. First there are much better places who honor what they do and their prices. I set an appointment online. Was given a out the door price only to be told that the price was gonna be completely different. Being told that the tires I chose were not in stocks I had to except something more expensive. The gentleman in the lobby heard my frustration and complaints and explained that the same thing just happened to him. Although he refused to give up as easily as I did the somehow found the tires to put on his car only after being persistent and complaining to a higher chain of command. This is so extremely unexceptable and fraud. I was lied to and lied to again. And if I wasn't on break from work I may have done the same thing the gentleman in fronts of me did"

"Went there for a quote, and some bald man with a Jamaican accent was behind the counter, very rude, no patience, hopefully he’s not the manager. He didn’t even want to stop for a second to explain the details of the service I wanted. I rather pay more somewhere else than deal with that type of person."
