I had a very difficult situation with a front head light change and William discovered that my headlight assembly had been damaged by a loose headlight (that I had installed) having melted the assembly. He worked with it and made it somehow work so I would have time to get the bigger repair taken care of. He was cheerful and determined and we had a good time working it all out. I have always had good experiences at this store."

"Greeted by sales associate Ron as I entered the store, he asked what I needed, he then gave me 4 choices and price points of batteries to choose from. I asked if they would install the battery, and he did (no extra fee). I also asked him a few questions about another issue I was having so he hooked my car up on a meter and told me what my issue might be and what I should do about it.
