"Works on engines that others will not touch. I went in his shop one day and he and John were building a hotrod Model B Ford engine. Another time they were fixing the work that another shop had done, and messed up a 312 Ford engine. Doug and John were able to save the 312. Y-block fords are cool engines. Very popular for rat rods. You don't need a 312, they are nice, but the 292 engines are fairly plentiful and are way less."
