"Yesterday was my first time visiting Ascent and Dr. Clifton. I was taken care of right at my appointment time. Dr. Clifton and the receptionist (Cosette?) were friendly and helpful. Dr Clifton took time to review my hearing history from a previous hearing test and my updates. He explained everything he’d do clearly and thoroughly. We reviewed my results nearly right away and he once again explained what was happening with my hearing, what my hearing needs were, and what the best options were for hearing aids. He took time for questions, I was never rushed, and our appointment ended a few minutes early. I was very pleased and am looking forward to having continuing hearing care with their practice."

"My mother was seen by Dr. Kyle Clifton who was very welcoming and courteous during the appointment. He took the time to explain the evaluation process to my mother so she understood what to be expected. He then proceeded to discuss the audiology test results so we understood the level of hearing loss my mother is experiencing. He presented the hearing aid devices that would best suit my mother and explained how the hearing aids will be set at the beginning and adjusted as she will continue to wear them. The hearing aids will be ready in a month. So I will up the post once she wears the hearing aids."
