"Went there to return a caliper core that I had bought on vacation from another location, the gentleman helping me said that he was doing me a favor not that I did a favor by choosing Napa. He told me he didn't have enough cash for the $60 core then asked for my wife's credit card to put the core charge on even though we paid cash ! He kept saying I was mad when I wasn't. Getting frustrated with his attitude possibly but not mad. I like to deal with Buddy ! He by far has the best people skills of the entire staff. Knowledgeable, fast, and friendly."
