"Sometimes the bus drivers are really mean. Like l boarded the 52 grand central , I fell on his bus because he didn't wait until I was sitting down. So I had cut on left hand . To finish it off most of the time he would missed people schedule stop.most of us called reported him,his rude behavior amongst other things. I hope that he got fired"
"The main problem is the whole system and thus everyone can say it's some else's fault. I included pictures of your "security," drivers, and bathroom. Luckily it was closed. And the main terminal computers were down. Waste of money and A LOT of time."

"This is disgusting. Only 1 stall... and dirty as all... You have tourists coming here and it's embarrassing. You can't put in a new toilet or fix the other stall? The hand dryer looks like it's from 1986"
