Texas Roadhouse

"Husband and I arrived with no reservation, we only had to wait about 10 min at most. I use a wheelchair for distance and when they seated us the table was already set up for accessibility. Waitress Candi came right over and took our drink orders. She then came back to get food orders and was very pleasant. Food arrived and looked wonderful until I cut into my steak, very rare and I had ordered medium well. My husband had ordered a different cut of meat and his was perfect. Mine was a smaller cut and thicker, I had to send it back. I know it's hard to get a steak perfect but being a steakhouse they should know how long and at what temp it's done as was ordered. Was left eating salad and steamed veggies, the Manager came out and personally brought me a new steak which was cooked perfectly. Will we go back, yes. The atmosphere was nice as were the employees. We got a laugh that they now serve peanuts in a bag and you have to ask for them, I understand with all the allergies to peanuts and it is more sanitary. Overall a decent meal."

"We are so excited to have a Texas Roadhouse in our town. They opened in the beginning of May, but we waited until their app told us a good wait time (highly suggest checking in on the app). We were quoted a 0-15 minute wait. It was about 2 after we parked. Our waitress was very friendly. We enjoyed their yeast rolls. My husband ordered the 11 oz sirloin (med), I had the 6 oz Dallas Filet (med rare). He had their mixed veggies and a baked potato. I had their house side salad and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. Everything was fresh and delicious. It also didn't take long to come to our table. Overall very happy with our experience."

"ordered a new york strip steak, and what i got obviously wasn’t a new york strip. looks more like a sirloin. ordered it medium and it came blue both times when cut into. Our total was around $117 and with our military discount we only saved $2 when the discount says 10%. My brothers and Dads steak was also very undercooked. our server named seasons was very friendly and wasn’t her fault. The “new york strip” is pictured below."

"Almost a 5 star. A few food items, although hot and fresh, seemed very salty. Awesome service by a friendly crew. Server kept the rolls and drink refills coming. Wait List online had us seated very quickly. 10% military discount was also appreciated. Will be back."

"I highly recommend. This location is everything you expect in a Texas Road House. If you've never been before, prepare for great food at a decent price. The staff is also always super friendly too. I was lucky enough to go to the soft opening and I'm sure this location is going to be very busy for a long time. I'm so glad we have one in Crestview and I'm sure we'll be back often."
