"DO NOT BANK HERE! Long story short myself and family have banked here for decades. My mom unfortunately passed away, unexpectedly and waited 11 days after she passed and paid what she owed on her account which I didn’t even have to and closed the account. A month in a half later they take out 400 of MY ACCOUNT when her account had been closed but said I didn’t close her account! Receipts! This is just the beginning as the staff is incredibly rude and act as if they’re above you for absolutely no reason. This isn’t just a one time occurrence as it’s happened multiple times and then to steal my money because I bank there as well is absolutely unethical! Small bank hard up and doing middle class people dirty! There were two people sitting in the lobby waiting for a manager due to mismanagement of their money that they said wasn’t their error but rather the banks. WOW is an understatement! I now have to file a complaint and close my account! There’s been other issues but please don’t put your money here because you’ll most likely be taken advantage of with their procedures and blame you! Don’t risk it!"

"This bank is awful. I’ve had a car loan with this bank twice. The dealership talked me into the second time telling me they’ve changed. Well, he was royally wrong. The first time this bank made things as painful as possible to make a payment, no ATMs, customer service was consistently awful, and they made me wait over an hour when I tried to pay my loan out. Now things are just as bad but this time they managed to screw up my credit score while they were at it. I called to make a payment (like I always do because they’ve made setting up automatic payments next to impossible) and they typed in the wrong account number. A month later I get a nasty gram in the mail saying I missed a payment, and I owed late fees. I called and they saw the mistake, waved the late fee acknowledging their mistake, and resubmitted the payment with the correct number. Well, a year later I’m trying to buy a house and see they reported a missed payment on my credit report dropping my credit by 26 points!! I’ve been calling trying to get it resolved for months and months and they refuse to correct their error. This bank is trash and full of bullies. Please don’t be another victim."
