"I recently stopped by the Gulf Breeze office to get help with a problem I was having with a deposit I made at the ATM regarding one of my accounts. I spoke with Sheila Hammond, who took time to sit down with me and help me fix the problem that I had created by not entering the deposit correctly. The transaction went through but somehow it went in as a check and not a deposit. Ms. Hammond was professional, courteous, and personable. My problem was solved and concerns were addressed in a very timely manner. She even walked me to my car when I left!"

"I called this branch and spoke with Julie Sweeney about account details. As I asked follow-up questions, she became antagonistic, curtly cut me off, and continued to speak over me. Upon attempting to clarify my question, she hung up on me. I visited the office in order to resolve this issue, however, branch manager Benjamin Longmore explicitly told me it "doesn't matter how my employees speak to customers," and after reiterating he had no intent of taking action to ensure future clients of Regions are not treated with such disrespect and disdain, threatened to call the police. It has now been a month and a half and Regions has not followed up on the egregious behavior I experienced from these employees. I have been a client of Regions in this specific region for over 15 years and have only received the best standard of service from other bankers employed by Regions. I find this encounter to have been absurdly harmful to me and would encourage other clients to make the trip to a different branch in order to bypass having to deal with employees of this quality."

"My family and I have a business on Pensacola Beach and this is the closest Regions to us. I have been trying to get on as a signer to the accounts for 3 months. This particular Regions is absolutely no help. They always refer you to an agent, Candice Ford, who is always doing something else and when you do get a minute of her time she is worthless. Candice makes you come in for everything and treats you as if you are an after thought if you can’t schedule during business hours. We are trying to start and operate a business and our biggest hold up is Candice Ford and Regions bank."

While standing there I had to make a phone call to the title company and they still worked with me patiently. Thank you for your great service, it didn't go unnoticed."
