"Came by their office to renew a policy. Paid in full and all necessary documents signed. Agent neglected to submit paperwork to Tapco ,the company providing the coverage. Almost 2 months later, Tapco informs me that they would be crediting my cc, due to lack of paperwork from Zoellners and that I had no coverage for the last 2 months. WOW. What if my house burned down! If this is how they treat their customers, they need to be out of the insurance business. David Milton, FL"
