"I have multiple accounts with this bank. Last week I sent one of our project managers in with a deposit. he had all of our banking information and simply asked them for a deposit slip so that he could put a company check into the bank. We did not need any cash back or anything else simply depositing a check into a business account (which at every other branch is not a problem) but this branch has so much attitude they won't give you a deposit slip and they wouldn't look at the screenshot of my deposit information so that he could simply deposit it at the counter. thank you for wasting our time telling us we can't do something that we've been doing for 5 years at every other branch. Truist corporate If you are reading these reviews please understand you have a problem at some of your branches with really incompetent tellers. I have five different accounts CDs and three loans with you guys but if I have another bad experience I'm going to be pulling the money and heading to a credit union. It's only because I truly value my relationship with my home banker that I haven't done so already but that can only go so far."

"I should have looked at the reviews before I opened my account. I have a business account there, every Friday I come in and deposit my checks. Every single time I have come, they have held my checks. The initial hold, I understand but the hold times are never the same. One person says 7 days, another says 24hrs, the next week it's 4 days, the next week it's 2 days. I cant run a business this way!! Not only are they inconsistent with these holds, the customer service is absolutely abysmal. Maryanne is rude to EVERYONE but she specializes in beif especially condescending to me. No one there can explain anything regarding questions about your account or it's transactions when it's all in front of them. Just don't bother banking here if you value your sanity."

"705 credit rating, had a loan with Lendmark for 3 years, always on time with payments, wanted to refi through Truist since I've been banking with them for 16 years & the Pensacola Lendmark office closed...nope. Why bank somewhere that doesn't appreciate your business? Capital One, however, is more than happy to refi my loan and accept my business. Goodbye Truist, won't miss ya!"

"I am a new customer to this bank. This was my first time having to go inside to make a deposit. Marryann who was my teller was so unpleasant unwilling to try and help me with my new questions. My thoughts from this... 1) Because of her I will go out of my way to a different branch 2) Feeling like I made the wrong choice in choosing this bank 3) Discouraged that someone in customer service couldn't even try to better help me understand my questions, instead acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of her day."

"Do NOT expect anything that amounts to customer service at this branch. In the middle of an ATM cash deposit (ATM in bank drive-thru) the screen suddenly went blank, indicated a "lost signal" and returned to the home screen. I was not given/sent a receipt, so I went inside to speak with a teller - who told me that this was a common occurrence. She also told my wife and me that she had complained to bank management who prohibited her from taking any action - not even allowing her to post a sign cautioning use of the ATM for deposits. Then she kicked the proverbial can down the road and told us that she could not do anything to help other than to write a claim/report (which she did) because Brinks serviced the ATM. However, she cheerfully (it wasn't her money, afterall) advised us that these sorts of things were resolved in 24 hours. (Glad I didn't need the funds immediately or I would have been out of luck!) So, three days later when we had still not received the deposited funds, my wife returned to the bank. Zilch. The same teller who had written the report now only vaguely recalled the event...rather than trying to resolve the situation they offered no assistance. We have since filed a complaint with Truist (corporate) through the fraud department - after some investigation the person we spoke with said our claim had been "canceled " - for reasons unknown. This has been a nightmare. I understand that machines break. What I don't understand is why the local branch would not want to resolve this issue. Poor-to-nonexistent management and/or customer service. Don't expect anything here, and you won't be disappointed! Update: After contacting Corporate the issue was resolved within a day. I simply cannot understand why the branch couldn't/didn't offer the same attention."
