It's been a few years now, and I still receive consistently excellent service, even if I go to a different branch than the one I usually use. At least twice, upon seeing something irregular about my banking habits, I've been contacted directly to verify I wasn't a victim of fraud (once was when a friend of mine made a bank deposit for me at the drive-through - the teller realized the car wasn't mine and became suspicious.) "After dealing with their very antiquated systems to get a home loan, they sold it the very first week I had it to a company called Citizens One Home Loans which is the worst mortgage company I have EVER dealt with. They have a 1.2 star rating on Google My Business. Citizens one Home loans immediately screwed up my automatic withdrawal and I have spent no less than 4 hours on hold over 4 calls to them, to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM THE FIRST BANK , they say they are local and then sell your mortgage to a garbage company out of state."
