"I went to do this branch to fix problem with my business card I have been received new business card after expired and why not the agent she trying to fix it but she said I have appointment. You have to wait and until I finish and I will fix it so why you make me sit with you if you can fix my problem."
"From the moment I walked in, this branch set its high standard for customer service. First, I was greeted by Manager Cindy with a warm greeting. I unfortunately did not have an appointment and needed to speak with a banker. Despite it being very busy, Cindy assured me that someone would see me soon. I was kindly welcomed by Angelica, who did an absolutely amazing job opening my new account. She provided me great insight about the account, Wells Fargo, and offered her direct office line for future banking needs. Angelica went above and beyond and also offered to help my colleagues open an account and link them to our employer’s special plan. As a new resident of Pensacola, she even pointed out some great local places to visit, things to do, and places to eat. This is true southern hospitality. Lastly, I was very nicely served by the teller - Jenna who seamlessly helped me with my first deposit and checks. Manager Cindy also was very kind and personable, and welcomed me with open arms to Wells Fargo. I am very thankful to this branch. It clearly is well managed. Professional, kind, and efficient. "I think Pace/Milton has grown enough for Wells Fargo to build a branch here. I'm tired of driving 15-18 miles to do my banking. I don't like driving as it is in this horrible traffic to begin with. Do something, or we will have to find a closer bank to do our business."
"Customer service is horrible here had a problem with my account and why my check was on hold and some guy named Clifford who works there had NO knowledge about his job. Treated me like I was a dog and was quick to get me out of the way. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. That was my last straw with this bank I’m deciding to close my account and go with Chase. Whatever you do save yourself a bad day and just avoid these people!"
"Used the ATM at this bank for the first time. I drew out 100 w/the warning it would cost $3. I agreed to the charges. Checked online banking a few days later & I was charged twice to withdraw money from this ATM. 1st transaction was for $103 and 2nd was for $2.50. So it cost $5.50 to withdraw $100. How often do they do this to customers?"
