"Harvesters in general is an ok credit union. My problem comes in with the customer service at this particular branch. The other day i walked in and all of the ladies behind the counter were huddled up talking. They all looked at me and kept the conversation going. It was 2 minutes before i was finally helped. Then when i did get help, the woman with the black curly hair had an attitude and proceeded to put on a fake smile. Like i said, harvesters in general is an ok credit union but this specific branch SUCKS. I live 2 minutes away from it and i choose to go all the way to the one by cordova mall just so i can get better customer service. SMH."

"I have banked with them for years. When other people get their direct deposits at midnight, mine doesn't come through until 8 the next day. They will subtract something the second it is done but if I try to transfer money or get a direct deposit, it is never immediate, even if I pay extra money to have it immediately deposited. It is very frustrating. Needless to say I am transferring to another bank."
