"Scheduled an appointment online with a banker. Received email and text confirmation of the appointment, so moved around my schedule to attend. Received a voicemail from Manager Monika to reschedule. Immediately called back and branch would not answer. Tried three more times at different times and branch would not answer. Received text message that my appointment was confirmed so I went to the branch. Upon getting to the branch, waited in line - while watching one teller do all the work and Manager arranging pens (not helping any customers in the 5+ person line). When it was my turn in line, I was told the appointment had to be rescheduled (but she said she did not cancel it) as the banker called out. I kindly asked why no one answered the phone - and she said they have been busy, which is odd because the other kind teller was doing all the work, while the manager was just pacing, not doing anything productive. We went to reschedule the appointment, when she rudely said - just go to the other branch, they’ll help you better - they have bankers there. She did not even offer to reschedule the appointment at the same branch. No kindness, no empathy, and no customer service. I am actually very surprised this was the behavior of the manager. And based on the other reviews, it seems like this person is a problem, rather than the branch. Will give them another chance. Hope they have a better day."

"I am amazed! This branch is the epitome of a small town bank with welcoming greetings. You walk in and the staff are genuinely happy to see you. They definitely appreciate your business. Bonnie one of the tellers goes above and beyond to help people. I have personally observed her being so patient with older customers. It’s nice to know in the era of big impersonal banks you can get the warm personal service at this branch."

"UPDATE: I contacted Wells Fargo headquarters about the stunningly awful customer service and the rudeness that I experienced during this incident at this branch. I talked to multiple people at Wells Fargo about this...and thought that they were sincere about addressing the customer service issues with the manager that I encountered. Then a letter showed up with Wells Fargo letterhead. Twelve paragraphs, yet only one actually addressing the primary problem with the incident -- the awful, rude and unhelpful manager. And the paragraph is just generic blather that they clearly just cut/paste from some customer service template. Bromides such as 'we strive to provide exceptional service....,' etc. Without actually confronting in any detail what my complaint was about. I talked to multiple people at Wells Fargo about what I encountered with this unprofessional, rude manager, and they don't directly address any of it in this long letter. Did they interview the manager? Did she deny what took place? Did she just snow the investigators at her own company? Just an awful non-response response to what I thought would be a sincere investigation. I refuse to use this branch, and am planning to leave Wells Fargo as a customer Original Posting from three months ago. Sad how a good Wells Fargo branch can become so awful. Today, I experienced the worst customer service with any bank branch in my many decades of banking. Snippy, unhelpful manager who acted like I was an inconvenience to her, despite my waiting for a half hour, per the direction of the teller, to wait and have the manager address my situation. Truly appalling, rude behavior by the manager...no other way to paint it. Won't be going back to this branch, despite having to drive farther to visit another Wells Fargo branch."

"Bunch of incompetent liars. After playing devils advocate with them about a check clearing in 2 days, I was powerfully told 48 hours, by an additional, what seemed to be a manager. I have documentation from home office showing 2 day as well. Now after the fact with no notice, wells changed it to two weeks, which is why I played devils advocate, and wanted assurance, I would received it in two days. So I can’t have the check back and they’re not releasing funds as originally agreed. Wish I could just change up my loan up after the fact, however it suited. Certainly if I was late or overdrafted, I’d get a fee. Will I receive the same for their mistake or trickery? Went to two other branches both gave me a conflicting information(how can I believe anyone at wells if they’re all saying different things and called the 1800 number, and they have no authority to actually do anything. I would like my money, as originally discussed and accountability for the miscommunication and lack of proper business ethic."

"Been to this branch twice in the last month. Both times are a disaster of NO Customer service. Don't bother them without an appointment to open an account or get information. Second visit was to freeze an account based upon attorney recommendation. No appointment no service. A Relationship Banker was to call me. NEVER happened. Call the Branch manager phone, no voice-mail and disconnect. Call customer service you get someone in the Philippines."
